The 20ft model features the EOD system (Easy Open Door), which includes three locking bars on one of the doors to facilitate easier opening and closing. This system is ideal when the container is frequently used as storage or for ongoing logistics operations.
Our containers stand out by offering a higher number of ventilation grilles (air vents) than standard models on the market: 14 in total, which improves air circulation and helps reduce interior condensation.
The floor is typically made of bamboo, a strong and durable material with excellent performance for heavy loads.
Additional advantages:
- A truck can transport two 20ft containers
- Containers can be customized: color, logo, number of vents, type of flooring, and more
Note: Dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the production batch.

- What are the dimensions and capacity of a 20′ container?
Generally, the dimensions of containers are expressed in the Anglo-Saxon system: feet. The measurements of a 20′ container are:
-External: 20′ long x 8′ wide x 8′ and 6′ high.
-Internal: 19′ and 4” long x 7′ and 9” wide x 7′ and 10” high.
In the international metric system, the measurements of a 20-foot container are:
-External: 6.10 metres long x 2.44 metres wide x 2.59 metres high.
-Internal: 5.898 metres long x 2.352 metres wide x 2.393 metres high.
The useful capacity of a 20′ container is 32.6 m3.
- How many square meters is a 20 foot container?
The 20′ container has a surface area of 13,5 m2.
- How many pallets can fit in a 20′ container?
A total of 10 Euro pallets can be stored in a 20′ container, and 20 Euro pallets for a 40′ container.
- Difference between 20′ and 20′ EOD.
The difference between a 20′ and 20′ EOD (Easy Open Door) container is its door opening and closing system.
A 20′ container has 4 locking bars – 2 per door leaf – to make the doors hermetically sealed, whereas a 20’EOD container has 2 bolts on one leaf and 1 bolt on the other leaf.
The tightness of the container is ensured with both systems and both containers are CSC certified.
The EOD “easy open door” system is often used in containers for private use. Its easy opening and closing system is convenient when the container are used on a regular basis.
- The difference between 2F and 4F containers.
The difference between a 2F container and a 4F container is the number of entrances or slots available for moving the load using forklift trucks.
There is the option of manufacturing a 20′ container with 2 forklift pockets or with 4. The 4-stride construction is very useful for handling containers with smaller forklift trucks, provided that the container is being handled empty.
