These 40 ‘high cube extra wide containers have a special width: 3300mm. wide outside.

The interior width is 3212mm and the capacity is 103.5 cubic meters.
They are manufactured with 8 posts and 16 corners in order to strength the structure and easy handling. 4 vertical posts in the standard position for 2430 mm wide and their corresponding corner pieces and another 4 at the ends of the container, also with corner pieces.

• Can I get a sea container with a special width?

Yes. There are two options:

-Transform a standardized one: it is the least recommended option but could be studied according to the case.

-Manufacture from scratch: for an optimal product finish this is the best option.

• Can I approve a sea container with a special width?
  Yes although not to get a CSC plate which allows a container to travel according to intermodal regulations. For example, an offshore container with special widths can be certified.
